Encountering technical issues on a website can be frustrating, but at the Texas Nationalist Movement (TNM), we have streamlined the process to make it easy for our users to report problems.
Start by logging into your TNM site account. If you are already logged in, you can skip this step.
Once logged in, go to the main page of the TNM website. Look for the “Contact” button and click on it to be redirected to our contact page.
On the contact page, scroll down to the “Support Request” section. There are two options, “Knowledgebase” and “Open a Ticket”.You will first have to search the Knowledgebase articles for your issue. If we do not have a solution in the Knowledgebase section, then you will be able to select “Open a Ticket”.
Complete all the required fields. It is vital to be as descriptive as possible when explaining the technical issue. A clear and comprehensive description ensures our technical team understands the problem and can address it efficiently. For instance, instead of simply stating “I cannot log in,” specify the issue by saying, “When I attempt to log in, I receive an error message indicating my password is not recognized.”
After filling out the form, click the “Submit” button. Allow us some time to review your request, and one of our team members will contact you as soon as possible to assist with the reported issue.
To ensure efficient problem resolution, kindly send only ONE request for each unique issue. Submitting multiple requests or using different communication channels for the same problem can confuse and delay the resolution process.
By following these steps, you can quickly report any technical challenges you encounter on the TNM website. We value your cooperation and patience as we work to address any issues and enhance your user experience.
