Log In to Your TNM Account
Ensure that you are logged into your account on the TNM website.
Access Support
Hover over the “Contact” tab, and from the drop-down menu, select “TNM Support.”
Search for Answers
Use the Search feature to check if your issue is already addressed in our Knowledge Base articles. It’s a good practice to review the Knowledge Base before opening a support ticket, as your question might already have a solution.
Open a Support Ticket
If you cannot find the answer in the Knowledge Base, our volunteer support team is here to help. Click on “Open A Ticket” and follow the prompts. Please submit your issue only once and allow us 24 hours to respond. In most cases, we respond quickly. Submitting your issue multiple times or to multiple contacts may delay our response.
