Upon registering your support, we automatically create a site account for you linked to your provided email address. Shortly after registration, you’ll receive an email prompting you to “reset your password.” While the term is “reset,” this step is essentially setting up your password for the first time.

Logging In

Your email address will serve as your username. Use the password you’ve set up (through the “reset” link) to log in to the website.
