– Standard Shipping: Delivery estimated within 5-7 business days.

– Expedited Shipping: A quicker delivery method estimated within 2-3 business days.

– Note: Overnight shipping is not available. The availability of shipping methods might also vary based on your location.

Shipping Costs and Address Accuracy

– Costs: The shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the gift and the destination.

– Address Accuracy: It’s imperative to double-check your shipping address for typos. Any reshipping due to incorrect address details will incur additional fees at the donor’s expense.

While tracking numbers are not automatically sent via email, they can be provided upon request. If you wish to track the progress of your package, please send an email request to office@thetnm.org, and we’ll promptly provide you with the relevant tracking information.

Handling Delivery Issues

– Damaged Gifts: If your gift arrives damaged, send an email to office@thetnm.org with pictures of the damage. This is mandatory for us to process a replacement.

– Lost or Delayed Packages: If there’s an issue with delivery, we’ll provide a tracking number for your reference. As our primary carrier is USPS, we recommend contacting your local Postmaster for any delivery concerns.

– Note: The Texian Store is not responsible for delivery issues once the gift has been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges, and International Shipping

– Returns & Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on our gifts. All donations are final.
