Now, let’s talk about training. We have created comprehensive training for each volunteer position located in the TNM Academy. It’s packed with everything you need to know for your specific role, from videos and reading materials to hands-on exercises. Your Department Director will show you the ropes and help you navigate through it all.
Just because you’ve finished the training does not mean you are on your own. Your Department Director will always be there for a chat, whether you have a quick question, need some extra resources, or just want to share how things are going.
