Texian Store Policies
At the Texian Store, our primary goal is to offer meaningful gifts to our supporters as a token of appreciation for their donations. We understand that concerns may occasionally arise, so we’ve outlined the following policies to provide clarity and build trust.
No Returns or Exchanges
Because our store operates on a donation-based model, the items you receive are considered gifts in recognition of your contribution to the Texas Nationalist Movement. Therefore:
– We do not accept returns. Once a donation is made and a gift is sent, the transaction is considered final.
– We are unable to offer exchanges for any reason, including size, color, or item preference.
Damaged Gifts
We take great care to ensure your gift arrives in excellent condition. However, damage can occasionally occur during shipping:
– If your gift arrives damaged, please email us at office@thetnm.org.
– Include clear photos of the damage to help us assess the issue.
– Once we verify the details, we’ll send a replacement for the damaged item.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It’s important that your shipping information is accurate:
– Please double-check your shipping address during checkout for any typos or errors.
– If a package needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address details, the donor will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Delivery Concerns
If you experience delivery issues such as delays or lost packages:
– While the Texian Store is not responsible for delivery issues once a gift has been shipped, we’re happy to assist.
– Tracking numbers are available upon request; email us if you’d like to follow up with the carrier (typically USPS).
– For delivery disputes, we recommend contacting your local Postmaster with the tracking information.
Refunds
Because of our donation-based model:
– Refunds are not available, as all donations are considered final.
– If a transaction error occurs or an issue originates on our end, please contact us. We’ll do our best to find a fair and appropriate resolution.
