Navigating the Store
If you’re new to our platform, here’s a quick guide to get you started:
1. Choose Your Shopping Style: Begin by exploring our range using either ‘Categories’ or ‘Collections’. On the left-hand menu bar, you’ll find a dropdown box to guide you through specific categories like headwear, clothing, and more.
2. Browse & Select: As you explore, you’ll notice various product images. A simple click on any of these will reveal more related items. And when a particular item catches your eye? Click on its image.
3. Pick Your Fit: For items with size variants, choose the best fit by clicking on the size. This also shows you the available stock for each size.
4. Adding to Cart: Once you’ve made your choice, add the item to your shopping bag. If it’s the only thing you’re picking up today, you can proceed to checkout directly. Otherwise, keep adding to your heart’s content!
5. Checking Out: When you’re ready to finalize your purchase, move your cursor to the “Shopping Bag” icon at the top right corner (right next to the “My Account” icon). Clicking on “Checkout” will guide you to the next steps.
Completing Your Purchase
– Existing TNM Member? Simply log in to your TNM user account.
– New Around Here? Setting up a TNM account is a breeze. All you’ll need is an email address and a memorable password. This account will help streamline your future purchases and keep you updated. We’ll also need some basic information like a contact phone number (just in case we need to discuss your order) and, of course, your shipping address.
– Payment & Shipping: Follow the prompts to enter your preferred payment method. Also, double-check your shipping address to ensure your goodies reach the right place. A little attention here can save potential hassles with additional shipping or restocking fees.
